Project Me

I was going to say that it’s 2am and everyone is asleep, yet when I check my facebook, I can’t believe how many local shmocals are still hanging about online! It seem the virtual social life is all the buzz now.

So, I’ve just said good bye to my special friend who’s returning back to his home town over the seas. The party was very far for this Northern Suburbs girl and I had to head all the way to the far side of the world to a little place (sarcasm for the foreigners) called Pretoria. The dramatic farewell is over and I’m able to reflect back on a day that has been filled with lessons about ‘project me’.

That, however, is going to wait for a very unusual turn of events.

I’m going to get some sleep now and continue my story tomorrow when I can enjoy telling you about a day filled with realisation, amusement, frustration and a few signs of relief.
