Published April 16th, 2010I’m definately waking up more alive and refreshed after going to sleep before midnight, now working into the late hours and switching off the brain for a while. The stats have gone a bit to the dogs since the change in plans, but I’m have to remember that focusing on rankings for ‘project me’ is not goalless at all. Natural = Sexy! Go figure
Can you imagine having a naturally mothering nature?
Let me tell you how it goes … I can’t be sick, ask for help or be dependent on anyone. Everyone needs me and I can’t let anyone down. That’s a hell of a load to take on for a chick who decided not to be a mother. What’s the point … I may as well have just had kids if I was going to be the martyr mother anyway!
However, I had my realisations this weekend and took note of how emotional I got every time I had to ask for help. Continue reading
Published February 3rd, 2010I have such a special friend of mine who’s in her early 50′s and whenever we have our coffee and catch up she always stares at me in amazement when I tell her that “I met him online and I went on a date with him after meeting online! Oh … and I did a little naughty cyber chat with him online …. hmmmm!!” And she’s horrified … but like jaw dropping … I need to climb back into the time machine and save my precious friend, Jodene, from this alien world of dating and relating.
